Because our items are 3D printed:

Small variations in color, layer lines, and finish are normal.
Product dimensions may vary slightly.
Actual product colors may differ due to monitor settings.

These characteristics are not considered defects.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order.
Limit quantities purchased.
Correct pricing or listing errors.
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

5. Production and Shipping

Most items are made-to-order.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

MotoMatt is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather
Customs processing
Events beyond our reasonable control

6. Returns and Refunds

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the product and packaging may be required.

Because many products are custom made or printed to order, returns may not be accepted for:

Buyer's remorse
Incorrect size selection
Color preferences
Normal 3D printing characteristics

Refunds and replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Many designs sold through MotoMatt are used under commercial licensing agreements with their respective creators.

All website content, product photography, logos, graphics, and branding remain the property of MotoMatt or their respective owners.

Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
